The three-day psycho-social self-care workshop offered frontline staff a sanctuary to explore personal wellness, cultivate resilience, and reconnect with their inner values. Through reflective practices, evidence-based tools, and meaningful dialogue, the workshop addressed the emotional and psychological demands of anti-human trafficking work.
